Burrianca es un topónimo, conocido también como Buenavista. Es el nombre de un lugar en nuestra Andalucía rural, cerca de Alhama de Granada, y originalmente una torre vigía del siglo IX. Es también nuestro homenaje a todas aquellas manos que trabajan duramente las tierras para ganarse el sustento y darnos alimento.
